Return Policy

Compounded Medications
Due to the prescription and compounded nature of our products, medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed by our pharmacy partner. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for each patient and cannot be restocked or resold.
Orders Not Approved by a Provider
If a licensed provider reviews your intake and does not approve your protocol, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds for non-approved orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pepgenex.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the situation promptly.
Subscription Cancellations
There is no cancellation penalty. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. To cancel, log in to your patient portal or email support@pepgenex.com. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed are not eligible for a refund for that cycle.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us at support@pepgenex.com. We review each case individually and will work to resolve any billing issues fairly and promptly.
